A Tradition Celebrating its 11th Edition
The San Miguel Tournament is a much-anticipated tradition at Cabopino Golf Marbella. For eleven consecutive years, it has brought together golfers from far and wide to compete, have fun and celebrate the spirit of golf. Each edition has brought new stories, exciting victories and unforgettable moments, cementing its reputation as one of the most outstanding events on the Cabopino Golf Marbella golf calendar.
This length of time not only reflects the excellence of the tournament, but also Cabopino Golf Marbella’s commitment to promoting the sport and creating a vibrant and welcoming community for all enthusiasts. A day dedicated to golf and competition
The tournament will be played under the Individual Stableford format, offering players the opportunity to showcase their skills in two main categories: the first for players with handicaps from 0 to 18.4, and the second for those with handicaps of 18.5 and above. So both experienced players and beginners will have the opportunity to stand out and enjoy the competition. In addition, a special ladies category is included, ensuring an inclusive and exciting competition for all skill levels.
Participants will compete for a variety of prizes, including:
- Top three finishers in each category: the top players in each group will receive trophies and other prizes, recognising their skill and performance in the tournament.
And special prizes such as:
- Scratch winner: The player with the lowest score regardless of handicap.
- Longest Drive: Prizes for the longest drive in both the ladies and gents categories.
- Closest ball to the hole: A challenge that rewards the players’ accuracy.
After the prize-giving, players will be able to relax and enjoy an exclusive cocktail while participating in an exciting gift draws, courtesy of the event’s generous sponsors: San Miguel and Solán de Cabras.
